Joshin is a serial technology and marketing entrepreneur. Through iKineo Ventures, he has founded iKineo, Sprout Performance Partners, Explore Sideways, and The Field Institute.
Alongside iKineo Ventures, Joshin is chairperson of the Cape
Innovation and Technology Initiative (CiTi), the organisation tasked with development of the region as a technology and innovation cluster; and is chairperson of its subsidiary, the Bandwidth Barn, Africa’s largest incubator and accelerator for technology businesses. He is a fellow of the Aspen Institute, an Africa Leadership Initiative fellow, and a Yale Greenberg World Fellow.
Carel has over 13 years of experience in business intelligence and data management, with a passion for helping companies to leverage their data for decision support.
Carel has won both Amazon Executive AI and Microsoft Azure Hackathons demonstrating his extreme technical talent.
Having worked for a number of leading IT consultancies for the first 10 years of his career Carel went on to launch his own successful BI consultancy firm. Carel recognised a similar vision in Strive and joined the team in 2018 to assist in elevating our product and service offerings.

John has a deep passion for understanding customer behaviour through insights derived from data. Nobody gets more excited by new data sets that enable customer understanding than John.
John has a track record of delivering exceptional analytics that assists businesses in understanding how best to grow.
In addition to delivering exceptional analyses, John takes responsibility for Strive's data product development and enhancement.

With 11-plus years focused on digital marketing & social media Colin has been at the forefront of digital since adoption within the South African market. Colin is a passionate believer in inbound strategies & native advertising to drive conversions via digital platforms.
Colin has worked roles as digital director & digital consultant across the PR, agency & client landscape & prides himself on connecting strategy with execution that makes both creative & financial sense to customers & clients. As part of his expertise Colin has had the privilege of lecturing on social media, content marketing & digital strategy across the globe (Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore & Monte Carlo).
Colin has built content & digital strategies for many clients some of which include Cricket South Africa, Magna Carta, SAP, Alphonse Island Resorts & Specialised Exhibitions. Colin has also consulted on household-name brand digital strategies including Standard Bank & MTN.

Ntsako has over 15 years experience in campaign execution and management with a deep understanding of responsive coding and the intricacies involved in customer marketing data management.
Ntsako takes great pride in ensuring the highest quality of executions and that campaigns are delivered on time and without issues.
